Terms and Conditions for Providing the Service of Automatic Subscription to the Ticket/Membership Purchase after the Expiry of the 365-day Period from the Date of Purchase of the Previous Ticket/Membership (hereinafter, the Auto-Renewal)
These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the Terms and Conditions) shall regulate the relations between Erarta Museum (hereinafter, the Museum) and the person acquiring the Auto-Renewal service (hereinafter, the Visitor). The Museum reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, publishing the effective version of the Terms and Conditions on the Museum’s website www.erarta.com without further personal notice to the Visitors. Apart from publishing the Terms and Conditions and a notice of amendments thereto on the above website, the Museum shall not be in any way responsible for informing the Visitor of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the Visitor shall be solely responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions in due time. A Visitor who has enabled the Auto-Renewal service receives an access to the annual Ticket/Membership Auto-Renewal feature at a discounted Auto-Renewal price. Visitors can enable the Auto-Renewal service and add a bank card to a Ticket/Membership while paying for the Ticket/Membership online (by indicating their consent thereto); in this case the Visitor shall enjoy a discount on the Ticket/Membership purchased upon the expiry of the 365-day period from the date of purchase of the previous Ticket/Membership (only for purchases on the Visitor’s own behalf). The Auto-Renewal service can also be enabled through the Visitor’s account. A standard payment card verification by the bank might be required for enabling the Auto-Renewal service through the account. To have the card verified, enter its details in the bank’s acquirer window. The Auto-Renewal payment shall be made in Russian rubles and only through the payment systems available in the service and/or application used for the Visitor’s corresponding device. The payment system shall be chosen by the Museum. The Museum also reserves the right to change the payment system without further notice to the Visitors. The Auto-Renewal payment amount shall be automatically debited from the bank card the details of which were provided by the Visitor when enabling the Auto-Renewal service approximately 24 hours prior to the expiry of the 365-day period from the date of purchase of the previous Ticket/Membership, as this is the period required to technically process the transaction. Following successful payment, the Visitor shall receive a new Ticket/Membership with all the privileges attached to a valid Ticket/Membership of the relevant type. A Visitor can use his or her account to check the status and validity period of the Ticket/Membership, as well as to update his or her bank card details (provide up-to-date details of the current card or add a new card). In the event that the balance on the card the details of which were provided by the Visitor when enabling the Auto-Renewal service is insufficient on the date when the next Auto-Renewal payment is due (or in case of any other issues with the bank card) the service shall not be provided and a new Ticket/Membership shall not be available at a discount price; the Ticket/Membership shall only be renewable at the full price. All Auto-Renewals enabled for Tickets shall by default apply to the Memberships. The prices of Tickets/Memberships purchased through the Auto-Renewal service may be changed by the Museum unilaterally without further personal notice to the Visitor. The Auto-Renewal service may be disabled through the account. Should the Visitor disable the Auto-Renewal service later than 48 hours prior to the expiry of the 365-day period from the date of purchase of the previous Ticket/Membership, the Museum shall not guarantee that the service will be disabled correctly and the relevant funds will not be debited by the bank from the Visitor’s bank card.
