Erarta Museum Looks Forward to Welcoming You During the School Holidays

16 October 2024
We will be open from 11:00 to 23:00 every day, even on Tuesday!

Dear Friends,

As usual, Erarta will stay open during the entire autumn break: we look forward to welcoming you from 11:00 to 23:00 every day – even on Tuesday, 29 October! We hope that an encounter with contemporary art is on your to-do list for the school holidays and you are planning to pay us a visit.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • admire the beauty of the steppe nature and see the traditional nomads’ games through the lens of the National Geographic photographer Maksat Shagyrbay;

  • revisit the culture of Ancient Egypt and learn how stage sets turn into art objects at the Searching for the Source of the Nile show;

  • be mesmerised by the complex digital collages created by the Turkish fine art photographer Ali Alışır and ponder how new technologies shape our worldview;

  • envision yourself among the daring climbers captured by the St. Petersburg-based photographer Leonid Zhukov who both documents adventure sports and partakes in them;

  • see a contemporary visual rendition of Dante’s Divine Comedy by the Italian artist Andrea Pinchi while enjoying the vibrations of organ music.

This is only a fraction of what we have in store for you. Visit our what’s on page to learn more about all current exhibitions.

Plan your visit in advance to avoid queues by becoming a Member or purchasing an E-Ticket online. Families with children can also take advantage of the tailored Kids Ticket package. Visit our Erarta for kids page to learn more about the offer and read some tips on how to enjoy your time at Erarta with the whole family.
